What digital resources are available for each graded reader?
There are hundreds of Black Cat and Cideb graded readers, and all of them come with mp3 audio for chapters and exercises, as well as answer keys for teachers. Some readers also include the digital version of the book with synchronized reading and interactive exercises, which you can view within our reading app, eReaders web.

Where can I find the audio and the answer keys for my book?
If you purchased a printed book that does not include a CD, you can access the audio and other resources as follows:
Go to www.blackcat-cideb.com and log in with your credentials, or create a new account. Enter the unique code printed inside the back cover of the book in the “Activate book” section. The title will appear in your list of activated books, and from there you can download the audio files, answer keys, and other content.

How can I listen to the audio of the book?
You can listen to the audio by:
downloading the mp3 audio from the digital resources available on the website;
1.scanning the QR code on page 3 of the book;
2. accessing the audio via the Dealink app by scanning the book page from within the app;
3. accessing the audiobook either from the browser or in the eReaders app (this version is designed for listening to all audio tracks on the go).

How can I read the digital version of a printed graded reader on www.blackcat-cideb.com?
If you purchased a printed book that includes the digital version (check that the eReaders app icon is on the back cover), you can activate the resources as follows:
1. go to www.blackcat-cideb.com and log in or create an account;
2. enter the unique code printed inside the back cover in the “Activate book” section;
3. the book will appear below; next to each cover you will find buttons to download digital resources (mp3, answer keys, Internet projects) and to access the digital version of books and audiobooks within our eReaders reading app.

How can I read the digital version of the graded reader in the eReaders app?
After activating the book on the website, open the eReaders app on your mobile device and log in with the same account. Open the menu at the top right and select “Library”. In the “My Books” section at the bottom you will find all the books linked to your profile, including those not yet downloaded. Tap a cover and then the “Download” button to open the book or audiobook. You can always resume reading or listening from where you left off. Downloaded books remain in the “Downloaded” section.

What happens if I delete from the eReaders app a book I purchased or activated?
If you remove a book from the library, it is deleted from the device (freeing up space). You can restore it later by logging in and selecting “Restore purchases”, or by finding it in the My Books section.

How can I quickly search for a book in the app?
In all eReaders sections, there is a magnifying glass icon in the top right that allows you to search for a book or audiobook by title or author. You can also use filters by language and level.

How can I activate an audiobook?
The audiobook is automatically activated with the book when you enter the unique code in the Activate Book section on the website.

How do I distinguish a book from an audiobook?
The covers are identical, but the audiobook has a red symbol with a white triangle.

How can I purchase a graded reader?
Printed graded readers can be purchased on the website or in bookstores. Some printed books include digital access. The digital-only version can be purchased from the eReaders app.

How can I purchase a digital graded reader in the eReaders app?
1. open the app and log in or create an account;
2. browse or search for the title by tapping the magnifying glass;
3. select the title, tap “Activate”, then tap the purchase button (payment via Google Play Store or App Store);
4. once completed, the title will appear in the “Downloaded” section;
5. you may download a free sample before purchasing.

Where can I find purchased or activated books?
In the eReaders app, go to Library. You can search using the magnifying glass. Downloaded books are always in the “Downloaded” section.

How can I view exercise statistics for a book?
After completing exercises and closing the book, the statistics for the exercise types with their scores will appear under the book.
An exercise is considered completed only after selecting “Confirm”.
Statistics are available only for student profiles.

What is “My Statistics”?
If you have a student profile, you can view both book-specific statistics (shown under each book after completing at least one exercise) and general statistics grouped by level.

I am a teacher: how can I create a class and view student statistics?
This is available only on teacher profiles.
The web version of eReaders allows class creation and statistics viewing.
To create a class:
1. log in to eReaders web with your teacher profile;
2. select “My Classes”, then click “Add a class”;
3. enter class name, language, closing date, and at least one book;
4. after creating the class, an alphanumeric code is generated for your students;
5. you can then view all student results for the selected period.

I am a teacher: how can I view the statistics of students in my class?
1.log in to eReaders web and select “My Classes”;
2. choose a class and click “View general class statistics”;
3. to view individual progress, click on a student’s name;
4. for each title you will see the average score and progress bar.

I am a student: how can I join a class?
You will need the code provided by your teacher.
On eReaders web: go to “My Classes” and enter the code.
On the app: go to “My Classes”, tap “Join a class”, and enter the code.
From that moment, your teacher can monitor your exercise results in real time.
